Mission Briefing
You are the bake-out operator. Your SS304L chamber (5000 cm², 20 L) must reach FP14 PASS -- total hydrocarbon partial pressure below 1×10-11 Torr. Ramp the temperature, manage the turbo pump, and reach UHV as fast as you can. But be careful: exceed 1×10-3 Torr and the turbo trips. Exceed 300°C and the Viton gaskets melt.
